Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Cancellation is subject to airline penalties. Additionally, a service fee of INR 1199 per ticket will be charged.

Refund Process: We'll process the refund within 5 days as soon as we receive it from the Airline/Consolidator.

Cancellation Steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the cancellation process.
2. Pay the applicable airline penalty and our service fee of INR 1199 per ticket.
3. We'll process the refund within 5 days of receiving it from the Airline/Consolidator.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline and our service fee. Partial refunds may apply based on the time of cancellation.
